Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Test Engineer II to own end-to-end test capability for capital equipment manufacturing, from test bays setup to high-volume production. You will support test strategy, data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional alignment across the product lifecycle.

The role drives production readiness, contributes to yield improvement and test efficiency, and ensures compliant implementation of ESD controls and PFMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment testing and data analysis.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies and plans for capital equipment.
• Operate and optimize test bays, troubleshoot failures, and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze test data for trends and yield, support RCCA/8D processes.
• Manage Test Measurement Equipment calibration, maintenance, and documentation.
• Ensure ESD controls and adherence to quality standards on the manufacturing floor.
