Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our Prai, Penang team. You will direct and participate in development, calibration, and testing of electronic products and software, ensuring data quality and process integrity.

The role emphasizes test program development across in-circuit, functional, and ESS domains, with collaboration across engineering teams. On-site duties include instrument calibration, data interpretation, and process documentation to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in test engineering.
• Experience with electronic test equipment calibration and data analysis.
• Willingness to work on site in Prai, Penang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing of hardware, software, and control systems.
• Calibrate instruments and validate test data.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
• Develop and use test software and hardware as needed.
• Train floor staff on test procedures.
• Resolve test yield problems with root-cause analysis.
• Design and support test programs for in-circuit, functional and ESS tests.
