Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support teams building advanced products in Senai, Johor. The role involves directing test activities, calibrating instruments, and ensuring reliable data for engineering decisions.

Responsibilities include developing test programs (Python, LabVIEW, Perl), coordinating with internal/external engineers, and driving test yield improvements. Bachelor’s degree and 4 years in high-tech electronics preferred. On-site in Senai, Johor.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of PCBA test methodology and testing techniques.
• Experience with Python scripting for test automation or data analysis.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW for test hardware interfaces.
• Knowledge of IC programming and tester troubleshooting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Directs/co-ordinates testing and test control equipment fabrication or software testing.
• Calibrates instruments and records test data for analysis.
• Resolves testing problems with cross-functional teams and interprets data.
• Develops/uses software or hardware to conduct tests on electronics.
