Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Test Engineer in Senai, Johor to lead the development and validation of test programs for electronic devices and PCBA assemblies. You will direct test equipment, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, about 4 years in test engineering, and hands-on experience with ICT, FCT, IC programming, and Python/LabVIEW-based testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 4 years in test engineering preferred.
• Experience with ICT, FCT, IC programming and PCBA tester troubleshooting.
• Strong project management for NPI and tester development.

Responsibilities

• Directs fabrication and design of testing equipment and test software.
• Coordinate testing activities and resolve problems.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• Train floor staff on test hardware and software.
• Develop test programs in Python and LabVIEW.
