Job summary

Flex in Prai, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead test engineering activities across hardware and software testing. You will direct engineering personnel, analyze test data, and produce technical reports for product and system testing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of test engineering experience in high-tech electronics, with skills in Python, LabVIEW, and Perl for test development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of test engineering experience in the high technology electronics industry.
Ability to develop and modify test programs using Python, LabVIEW and Perl.

Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities for testing and test control equipment.
Interprets test data and prepares technical reports for engineering and management.
Develops or modifies test programs using Python, LabVIEW, and Perl; designs test plans and fixtures.
Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test and in-circuit programs and test fixtures.
Performs equipment verification and integration in production and maintains process documentation.
