Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Sr. Test Development Engineer to design and implement hardware and software solutions for precision timing devices.

You will define ATE test hardware/software from kickoff to production, covering board-level design, algorithm development, and validation on standard ATE platforms. Responsibilities include test flow definition, DFT feature collaboration, production software development for Teradyne ETS systems, and leading release-to-production activities.

Qualifications

BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least four years of related work experience.
Background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs with familiarity on Teradyne ETS platforms preferred.
Knowledge of analog electronics and board-level debugging.
Experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is a plus.
Excellent programming skills with C++.

Responsibilities

Define the ATE test flow and test plan for new products.
Develop and release production test software for standard mixed-signal ATE platforms.
Collaborate with design teams on Design for Test features.
Lead test hardware development from schematic to verification and production release.
Support NPI activities with test methodologies and qualification plans.
Coordinate cross-functional testing and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
