As a Senior or MTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Test Engineer, you will
collaborate with design teams to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality ATE Test solutions. You will assume ownership of specific test modules and/or the overall Test program, which involves ensuring content development and bring-up is in accordance with established validation protocols.
Your responsibilities will include developing ATE test programs and designing test hardware for supported products. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate and release robust test programs for production testing, ensuring that all quality, yield, and test time performance indicators are consistently met.
