Job summary

Pengerang Terminals Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to guide safe, efficient terminal operations and deliver performance improvements. You will analyse process data, investigate incidents, develop corrective actions and coordinate cross functional teams to optimize productivity and cost control.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and at least 8 years in petroleum, petrochemical or bulk liquid storage, including 5 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience in Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 8 years in petroleum/petrochemical or bulk liquid storage terminal operations.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity with people management.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support and implement safe work practices aligned with SHEQ.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze terminal data and performance trends to drive productivity and cost optimization.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules and cross-functional activities for safe terminal operations.
