• Support supervisors in vessel, cargo, equipment, and yard operations.
• Monitor performance and prepare operational reports.
• Assist in manpower planning and deployment.
• Support implementation of safety policies and conduct inspections.
• Participate in incident investigations and safety reporting.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports.
