Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant fields or industries.
• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred, but not required.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
