Motorola Solutions in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join the Noggin team. You will create and maintain comprehensive user guides, administrator manuals, and onboarding materials for our platform and solutions.

Collaborate with software engineers, product managers and security experts to translate complex features into accessible content, manage the knowledge base, document release notes, and standardize style across all documentation to support enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to learn and document complex enterprise software, platform architecture, and security protocols.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with user-centric design and attention to detail.
• Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, Git/GitHub, MadCap Flare, Paligo, Zendesk, Confluence) and adherence to style guides.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple documentation projects in an Agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain core documentation: user guides, administrator manuals, and onboarding materials for our platform and solutions.
• Produce release notes in collaboration with Product Management, detailing new features, updates, and bug fixes for enterprise administrators.
• Collaborate with SMEs: interview software engineers, product managers, and security experts to translate technical features into accessible content.
• Manage the knowledge base: organize the customer-facing documentation portal for high searchability and seamless navigation.
• Standardize content: enforce consistent style, tone, and formatting across all documentation to align with brand voice.
• Gather user feedback and monitor analytics to update resources and reduce support tickets.
