Qualifications
- Bachelor in Electronics/Electrical/Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Perl, Java or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with workflows, mocking frameworks or simulators.
- Hands-on with LoadRunner, Selenium, Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of Model-Based testing and Performance Engineering.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning, Agentic AI, LLMs.
- Ability to design test automation frameworks end-to-end for Motorola products.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Desire to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine automated testing strategy across unit to UI testing.
- Design scalable test automation frameworks for embedded, cloud, web, and API platforms.
- Lead performance and security testing efforts.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and optimize releases.
- Evaluate new testing tools and approaches and promote adoption.
- Mentor team members in test automation practices.
