You will analyze interactions, collaborate with engineering and product teams, document resolutions, and mentor junior staff while supporting multiple Zebra products and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent qualification required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of technical customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across email, phone and chat.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to resolve complex issues.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
