Job summary

GrowthOps Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical SEO Specialist to own the technical search strategy across APAC clients, collaborating with engineers, product managers and content leads to improve crawlability, indexing and site performance. You will design audits, manage multilingual site architecture (hreflang), implement structured data, and lead migrations with risk mitigation.

Qualifications

5 to 8+ years of SEO experience with strong technical focus.
Expertise with GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio.
Experience with multilingual/APAC SEO and large websites.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to translate SEO requirements into actionable tasks for product and engineering.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO strategy and execution across regional clients in APAC.
Define audits, hreflang, URL design, and structured data standards.
Collaborate with engineers and content teams to improve crawlability and indexing.
Design dashboards linking SEO changes to traffic and conversions.
Mentor junior SEOs and contribute to playbooks.
