Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager, Technical Sales in Malaysia to drive performance in the Performance Materials division. You will manage strategic customer relationships, pursue new opportunities, and translate market intelligence into focused sales outcomes.

You will lead a team with 3–5 years of managerial experience, ensure targets are met, and provide regular forecasting and strategic planning to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a technical sales role and 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Drive key account performance and sustainable growth in Malaysia.
• Manage key customer accounts and relationships, ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Develop business plans, forecast sales, and monitor market trends and competition.
• Promote products through targeted customer visits and feedback to suppliers.
• Maintain CRM records and manage project pipeline from opportunities to close.
• Coordinate reporting, plans, and analyses to support decision making.
