Aonic AB, a leading drone, automation and smart tech innovator in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is hiring a Senior Technical Business Development Executive to own key accounts in Utilities, Energy and Surveying. You’ll own client relationships, provide product demos and scope solutions, handle pricing and tenders, and drive account growth with focus on revenue and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma is required; engineering/tech/geomatics preferred.
• 2–4 years in B2B sales, key account management or technical project management.
• Experience with proposals, tenders and enterprise procurement processes.
• Hands-on, demo-level competence with DJI Enterprise products and surveying workflows.
• Strong commercial skills including negotiation and contract terms.
• Must be able to present to client management in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to drive and travel to client sites across Malaysia.

Responsabilités

• Own defined portfolio of key accounts with written account plans and revenue targets.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and run regular reviews with clients.
• Run product demos, field trials and site visits for core solutions.
• Lead tender and proposal submissions end-to-end with documentation.
• Act as primary escalation point during delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records with stage, value, next steps and close dates.
