Qualifications

• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with drone maintenance and repair processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Technical certificates or diploma in engineering disciplines required.
• Valid RPTO certifications (RCOC-B, RCOC Module 2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain unmanned aerial vehicles and related equipment.
• Train customers on drone piloting and basic maintenance.
• Record maintenance and inventory according to schedule.
• Lead and develop other team members.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations standards.
• Support potential integrations and product growth.
