Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the Malaysian banking sector.
