• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related HR functions.
• Proven track record of recruiting mid-to-senior level talent across multiple business functions.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to advise stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain recruitment data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
