Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a senior competency consultant to provide expert guidance in skill assessment, learning development and talent management across customer organizations.

You will partner with customers to implement talent solutions, model technical competencies, and design training strategies for ICT and digital transformation. You will lead complex international projects, conduct needs analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, HR or equivalent.
5+ years in talent cultivation and development management or consulting (training center construction, competency modeling, talent review, learning map, training plan design).
5+ years in ICT field with understanding of digital transformation and alignment with business values.
Familiar with HR Talent Development and Learning Development Management; IT/Big Data/AI technologies; SFIA knowledge or ATD certification preferred.
Familiar with organizational structures, business and ICT talent management of telecom operators or enterprises.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of complex and international projects including competency modeling, skill assessment and learning map design.
Engage with customers to analyze needs, propose optimized solutions, and collaborate with talent team members.
Provide high-end consultation during the sales process to diagnose needs and shape proposals.
Coordinate survey/interview activities, project delivery and ensure timely execution of tasks.
