• Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to support workforce planning.
• Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
