Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles and shape our talent strategy with a strong focus on data literacy and process improvement.

In this fast-paced environment, you will partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and champion the use of recruitment technologies while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or related field.
6+ years in talent acquisition with at least 1 year in a senior/lead role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, metrics and reporting.
Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior-to-senior roles across technical and non-technical functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Identify top talent proactively and maintain a seamless recruitment process.
Drive automation and workflow optimization to improve recruitment efficiency.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to forecast future demand.
Champion recruitment technologies to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Conduct market research and talent mapping to support workforce planning.
Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights.
Good attention to detail while handling recruitment processes, administrative tasks.
