Job summary

EBC TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple countries from our Kuala Lumpur office.

You will design and implement sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and interview processes. Experience in startups and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is required.
• Regional hiring experience across multiple countries is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
