Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment strategy across Japan, partnering with senior leaders and HRBPs to meet workforce needs. The role focuses on semiconductor and technology talent, building pipelines and optimizing TA processes to support growth and regional initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional recruitment efforts with external partners and internal teams, expanding from country scope to JAPAC opportunities while shaping global TA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or related fields.
• Proven success hiring semiconductor, engineering, or technology talent.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across Japan.
• Partner with senior leaders on hiring plans and workforce needs.
• Attract and hire talent across Automotive, Communications, Consumer, Industrial, and emerging tech domains.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Drive recruitment performance and candidate experience excellence.
• Collaborate with regional and global TA teams on workforce planning and transformation initiatives.
