Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead and execute recruitment strategies across Asia Pacific, supporting manufacturing and engineering locations. You will source, screen, interview, and hire for a wide range of roles while promoting a best-in-class candidate experience.

The role requires 7+ years of TA experience, knowledge of recruitment tools, and the ability to collaborate with global teams and hiring managers across time zones.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of 50+ hires per year and strong talent metrics.
• Experience with external agencies and in-house recruitment.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices.
• Experience with engineering and manufacturing operations recruitment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage up to 25 searches across multiple locations/time zones.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ATS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for roles across accounting, engineering, manufacturing, operations, project management, quality, and supply chain.
• Attract applicants via referrals, job boards, fairs, networking events, online ads, and resume databases.
• Represent Nikkiso at job fairs and networking events.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and develop recruitment plans.
• Review compensation guidelines and negotiate salary offers.
• Promote employee value proposition and a world-class candidate experience.
• Deliver excellent candidate experiences and seek continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge through workshops, industry publications, and professional networks.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and compensation decisions.
