Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate Customer Experience Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist. You will develop subject-matter expertise, ensure client solution requirements meet SLAs, and perform configurations, installations, and break/fix activities within hybrid projects.

You will progress toward professional-level certifications, collaborate with stakeholders, document procedures, and present updates to clients while adapting to evolving technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Certifications such as NICE Engage NCSE/NCIE; CXOne certifications; other NICE, Avaya, Genesys relevant certifications.
• Experience with customer experience infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns larger portions of an installation and break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems during the project lifecycle.
• Escalates complex issues to third parties when needed.
• Documents standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
• Maintains project administration, including time capture and stakeholder feedback.
• Delivers elementary presentations within the customer's organization.
• Receives guidance from senior resources on technologies and practices.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
