Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Collaboration Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist to provide expert technical support to clients. You will compile clear specifications, explain options, and develop backup solutions while pursuing professional-level certifications acrossNetworking, Data Centre, Security, and End User Compute.

The role requires strong communication, mentoring abilities, and a track record in delivering complex installations.

Qualifications

Seasoned understanding of technical design and business principles.
Strong project fundamentals and administration abilities.
Proven project execution experience with installations and related tasks.
Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
Ability to coach and guide team members.

Responsibilities

Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet complex requirements of a solution.
Escalates unresolved problems to relevant third parties.
Responds to escalated client requests.
Writes reports and proposals and maintains project documentation.
Assists with documentation of standard operating procedures.
Acts as coach and mentor to junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
Coordinates the junior Engineers in line with performance targets.
Contributes to higher complexity design work with input to the design.
Takes ownership of relevant technologies within domain/specialization.
Performs other related tasks as required.
