Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate in Customer Experience Technical Services to act as a Systems Integration Specialist. You will resolve client solution requirements in line with SLAs, perform configurations and installations, and handle break/fix events while progressing toward professional certification.

The role emphasizes developing business knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and proactive problem solving within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
Certifications such as NICE, NICE Engage NCSE; NICE Engage NCIE; Sentinel Fundamentals; CXOne Basic Certification; CXOne Advanced Certification; CXOne ACD Administrator Certification.
Additional certifications such as Nexidia data exchange framework; Nexidia NCSE; Nexidia NCIE; Advanced Processing Automation (RTAM).
Moderate experience in technical implementation engineering and engaging with clients.

Responsibilities

Owns larger portions of an installation and manages break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity.
Troubleshoots problems and escalates complex issues to third parties as needed.
Assists with documentation of standard operating procedures during OPS handover.
Compiles and maintains project administration (Time Capture and stakeholder feedback).
Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization.
Learns from senior resources on technologies according to specialization and best practices.
