Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled System Analyst in Kedah to analyze requirements and propose system enhancements. You will examine, design, and build solutions aligned with SDLC and development standards, and ensure quality through rigorous testing.

You will collaborate with colleagues across departments, deliver UAT, provide guidance, and train teams, with a focus on user needs and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in software development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for system modifications and enhancements.
• Examine, design, and develop solutions according to system specifications and standards.
• Analyze use cases and requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at all levels.
• Provide testing feedback, debugging and issue resolution results.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Must have good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, in software development, or in related fields is preferred for this position.
