Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a motivated Business Analyst to partner with the Group IT Solution Centre. You will gather and understand business requirements, translate them into BRDs, and drive detail through to UAT.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams across Asia to ensure accurate requirements and successful implementations. You will provide SME input on Power Platform, UiPath, Workday, Copilot Studio and Generative AI, create wireframes with

Qualifications

Clear ability to elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Experience creating and maintaining BRDs for project delivery.
Experience aligning requirements with to-be processes and workflows.
Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder sign-off.

Responsibilities

Meet with business stakeholders to understand requests and communicate high-level requirements to project teams via BRD for estimation.
Consult with business teams to develop detailed requirements and workflows using Visio or Lucidchart.
Create business requirements documents within project tools such as DevOps or Jira.
Lead stakeholder meetings and present requirements clearly for action.
Provide SME input on Power Platform, UiPath, Workday, Copilot Studio and Generative AI.
Create wireframes using Figma or Sketch and align with stakeholders.
Manage requirements and user stories in Azure DevOps and ensure sign-off.
Refine requirements with stakeholders to reduce defects and enable smooth UAT.
Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
