Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK) is seeking an Information Technology Systems Engineer to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across ERP/SAP, cloud services, and server environments. You will perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and collaborate with vendors on upgrades and security reviews.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-powered IT operations, and strong problem-solving abilities, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 3.0 from recognized universities.
For Executive level, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
For Senior Executive level, at least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support and administration.

Responsibilities

Support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure environments, including ERP/SAP platforms.
Handle enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Administer Windows Server (Wintel) and Linux server environments.
Manage Microsoft 365 and related cloud services.
Monitor system performance, availability and capacity.
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis with internal teams and vendors.
Coordinate with technology vendors on upgrades, patches and enhancements.
Participate in IT audit activities, compliance reviews and security assessments.
Support disaster recovery planning, testing and business continuity initiatives.
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency, including AI-enabled IT automation initiatives.
