Qualifications

• Native or near-native Japanese language proficiency.
• Strong spoken and written Japanese communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience as a Trainer, Lead Trainer, Training Supervisor or Operations Trainer.
• Experience managing training batches, learner performance and certification.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching and feedback skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training priorities and lines of business.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage training delivery across both Safety and COE lines of business.
• Conduct new-hire, process, product, policy and refresher training in Japanese.
• Supervise trainers, trainees and training batches throughout the learning lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain training plans, schedules, learning materials, facilitator guides and assessments.
• Ensure training content accurately reflects current policies, procedures, tools and operational requirements.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual and blended-learning sessions.
• Monitor trainee attendance, participation, assessment scores and certification results.
• Identify knowledge and performance gaps and create targeted coaching or remediation plans.
• Coordinate nesting, floor transition and post-training support.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management and client stakeholders.
