Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the delivery of comprehensive training programs that ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. You will supervise a team of trainers and ensure they are equipped to deliver effective training for new hires and existing staff, including programs related to Trust & Safety operations.

Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs.
• Ability to coach trainers and ensure standardized delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of New Hire Training batches and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Supervise and coach trainers to ensure high-quality, standardized training delivery across programs.
• Monitor trainer performance, trainee engagement and learning outcomes to identify improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Quality and Trust & Safety teams to identify gaps and implement action plans.
• Drive training metrics such as certification rates, nesting conversions and training-to-production readiness.
• Develop strategies to improve trainee engagement and retention throughout the training lifecycle.

As a Training Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the delivery of comprehensive training programs to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role is critical in supervising a team of trainers and ensuring they are equipped to deliver effective training for new hires and existing employees, including programs related to Trust & Safety operations.

Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of New Hire Training (NHT) batches and continuous learning initiatives
• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Supervise and coach trainers to ensure high-quality, standardized training delivery across programs
• Monitor trainer performance, trainee engagement, and learning outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Trust & Safety teams to identify performance gaps and implement targeted action plans
• Drive key training metrics, including certification rates, nesting conversions, and training-to-production readiness
• Develop strategies to improve trainee engagement and retention throughout the training lifecycle
