Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineer to execute engineering workflows across multiple projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will perform design calculations, structural analysis, and prepare technical drawings, material selections, and specifications to meet client requirements.

The role focuses on developing non-standard steel solutions, validating designs through testing, and producing load tables and technical reports for each project, with emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 year of experience preferred (fresh grads welcome).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or equivalent design software.
• Strong 3D visualization and conceptual skills.
• Able to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive engineering workflows for each project, including design calculations, structural analysis, technical drawings, material selection, and specifications.
• Develop customized, non-standard product solutions tailored to unique client requirements and design constraints.
• Oversee rigorous product testing to validate structural integrity, load capacity, and long-term serviceability.
• Generate project-specific documentation, such as load tables, engineering calculations, and technical reports.
