Job summary

Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager on the SSBU Strategy & Planning team to design and execute strategic programs that drive Grab for Business SMB growth across Southeast Asia. You will oversee workstreams across client lifecycle stages and partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable results.

The role reports to the Manager, Self-Serve Regional Business Strategy and is based in Malaysia, supporting SMB growth across markets.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in strategy or growth roles.
Experience launching new initiatives in tech, marketplace, or B2B SaaS.
Strong analytical skills to structure problems and synthesize insights.
Builder mindset with end-to-end execution ownership.
Experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Design and execute strategic programs driving SMB growth across Southeast Asia.
Structure ambiguous problems and translate insights into actionable designs.
Design and run experiments and lifecycle programs to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
Partner with cross-functional teams for go-to-market alignment and multi-year growth.
Prepare clear updates for senior stakeholders, including performance reports and reviews.
Leverage AI and new tech to accelerate research and build lightweight solutions.
