Qualifications

• SPM and above with relevant retail exposure.
• 3+ years in an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures.
• Knowledge of marketing/promotional strategies and staff training.
• Understanding of government regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and support marketing efforts.
• Improve store profitability by controlling costs and inventory.
• Track sales and use local marketing to meet targets.
