Responsibilities

• Sustain and optimize Photolithography processes including coat, expose, and develop operations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance. Monitor KPIs including defectivity, CpK, process capability, and stability; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead CIP, process qualification, and technology transfer activities; mentor Process Technicians and engineers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support builds and SOP documentation; ensure safety and quality standards.

Your new responsibilities

• Sustain and optimize Photolithography processes including coat, expose, and develop operations.
• Drive process improvement activities to enhance quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance.Monitor and control process KPIs including defectivity, CpK, process capability, and stability. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues.Involve in process qualification, process characterization, and recipe optimization activities
• Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing, engineering builds, and technology transfer activities. Lead and mentor Process Technicians and junior engineers in daily process and technical activities.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• To have good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Support equipment team for equipment troubleshooting.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives assigned by management. Maintain proper documentation, records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
