Qualifications

Experience sustaining and optimizing photolithography processes.
Ability to drive process improvements for quality, yield, productivity, cost.
Experience with CIP and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Sustain and optimize Photolithography processes including coat, expose, and develop operations.
Drive process improvements to enhance quality, yield, productivity, and cost performance. Monitor KPIs including defectivity, CpK, process capability, and stability; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Lead CIP, process qualification, and technology transfer activities; mentor Process Technicians and engineers.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support builds and SOP documentation; ensure safety and quality standards.
