Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and developing technical talent.
• Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with sustainable corrective actions.
• Knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOL equipment maintenance strategies and execution for safety, reliability, availability and quality.
• Schedule planned maintenance comprehensively to ensure high equipment availability and quality.
• Investigate counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns and reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Lead overall FOL maintenance activities, including personnel management and cost optimization.
• Conduct weekly 5S audits in maintenance areas and ensure SHE compliance (OSHAS 18000, ISO14000).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment uptime and OEE.
