Job summary

BettingJobs is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Malaysia to join the product team and drive sportsbook success across brands and markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years in iGaming with sportsbook product, trading, ops or commercial role.
• Understanding of sportsbook products, odds, margins and bettor behaviour in SEA markets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn dashboards into decisions (SQL/BI advantageous).
• Excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms or provider-funded campaigns.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple providers and campaigns in parallel.
• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.
• Comfortable using analytics/AI tools; focus on judgment and relationships.
• Passion for sports and awareness of global sports events/trends.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with sportsbook providers.
• Maintain provider map by brand, market, integration and terms.
• Shape sportsbook offering across brand and market.
• Onboard new providers from contract to launch.
• Build campaign calendar around sports calendar; negotiate promotions.
• Understand provider economics and pricing impact on margin.
• Own performance view: turnover, margin, bets, stake; inform coverage.
• Monitor sharp-play signals with Risk and providers on limits.
• Follow up settlement issues, voids, pricing errors.
• Benchmark sportsbook; deliver gap list and recommendations.
• Drive launches across brands; coordinate with Tech, Ops, Risk, Marketing.
• Present data-backed KPI updates to management.
• Stay current on global sports calendar and regulatory/regional trends.
• Document provider processes and mentor junior associates.
