Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, manufacturing, or semiconductor security.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Experience in Security Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Investigations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and investigate security incidents.
• Manage and monitor CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Visitor Management systems.
• Ensure protection of company assets, IP, and critical materials.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements, and governance initiatives.
• Lead security awareness programs and promote best practices across the organization.
• Support emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and authorities on security matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies and ethics.

Your profile
