Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Security Administrator to monitor premises, enforce IFX rules, and safeguard assets. You will supervise staff, address security risks, and ensure effective operation of security systems.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Admin or related field, minimum 3 years in security, and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift (day & night). Prior security admin experience is a plus.

Safeguard IFX assets (employees/properties) from any misconduct or criminal activities.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Monitor/ensure all employees observe and abide IFX Rules & Regulations whilst in the premises.
• Safeguard IFX assets (employees/properties) from any misconduct or criminal activities.
• Maintain a professional code of ethics in line with IFX BCG.
• Supervise subordinates and ensure all security tasks executed as per directive.
• Conduct preliminary action on any arising security risk situation and apply containment action.
• Timely address any complaints/reports received and update immediate superior.
• Ensure all security system and hardware are functioning and report failure immediately.
• Effectively communicate with all Department instructions and directives to their subordinate.
• Treat all Security matters in a highly confidential manner & shall not disclose any information without prior approval from the Operation Manager.
• To support the Security Executives in any given tasks.
• To response and execute all requirements of IFX Emergency Response Procedure.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
• Previous experience required - Minimal 3 years in related field.
• Basic knowledge in Security System Management (CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Alarm and Metal Detectors).
• Basic knowledge in Fire Alarm System Management.
• PC literate.
• Willing to work 12 hours rotating Shift (Day & Night).
• Experience in related Security Admin field is an added advantage.
