Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia is seeking a Staff Analyst Digital Governance to optimize the GRC platform, automate workflows, and align processes with Audit, ERM, and Internal Controls.

You will interface with internal customers and suppliers, develop CAAT environments leveraging AI, and maintain state-of-the-art documentation while driving data analytics to improve quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as information systems, analytics, or business.
• 2–5 years of experience in GRC, Internal Audit, risk management, or digital governance.
• GRC platforms, workflow automation, or digital governance experience.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and integrate new requirements to optimize the GRC platform for Audit, ERM, and Internal Controls.
• Develop and enhance CAAT environments using AI technologies.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation for the GRC platform and CAAT.
• Interface with internal customers and suppliers on technical matters.
• Implement, operate, and maintain incident management processes.
• Perform data analytics and interpret predefined datasets related to the processes.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Develop, automate, and integrate new requirements and workflows to optimize the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform for Audit, En terprise Risk Management (ERM), and Internal Controls
• Develop and enhance the CAAT environment by leveraging AI technologies
• Prepare and maintain state-of-the-art documentation for the GRC platform and CAAT environment
• Interface with internal customers and suppliers on technical matters
• Implement, operate, and maintain incident management processes to ensure effective incident handling, problem resolution, and documentation
• Perform data analytics and interpret predefined datasets related to the processes under review
• Determine the most effective responses to client requirements and continuously monitor outputs to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery speed over time

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit, Risk Management, Digital Governance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Experience working with GRC platforms, workflow automation, or digital governance solutions
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Experience in data analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx) is preferred
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, machine learning applications , or intelligent automation is an added advantage
• Familiarity with incident management , process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving , and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CIA, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant GRC certifications are an advantage
