Job summary

U Mobile is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise customer projects across managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, fiber, 5G, IoT and AI. You''ll coordinate internal teams, vendors and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per SLAs and expectations.

You will manage timelines, resources and budgets while serving as the main customer contact, mitigating risks and driving governance and performance reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Enterprise Project / Program Management, preferably within telecommunications, ICT or technology.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale and cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with enterprise customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Good understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting and SLA management.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Role

As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise customer projects across multiple solution areas, including Managed Services, DIA, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Fiber, 5G, IoT and AI. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed SLAs and customer expectations.

About You
