Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Solution Designer to lead end-to-end solution design across large, cross-domain initiatives. You will oversee analysis, translate business needs into robust specifications, and guide the team on design quality and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with architecture, delivery, and partner teams to shape strategies, manage dependencies, and drive governance standards. Strong telecommunications domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end solution design activities across large, complex initiatives.
• Oversee requirement analysis and translate business needs into specifications.
• Coach and mentor team on solution design, governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate solution designs, specifications and process flows.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, delivery, operations and partner teams.
• Drive alignment across systems to manage dependencies and risks.
• Lead technical discussions with partners and vendors on solution strategies.
• Contribute to RFP/RFT responses and new business opportunities.
