Job summary

Innovatrics is seeking a Solution Delivery Engineer/Manager to own the technical delivery of biometric solutions for customers, including identity document issuance, border control, and enterprise identity verification. You will design, migrate data with tooling, prove feasibility, and explain complex concepts to stakeholders.

In this medior to senior role (T3–T6), you will work across solution clusters, R&D, product and support, becoming the primary technical reference for your cluster within

Qualifications

• Technical ownership of biometric solution deployment including identity document and passport issuance contexts.
• Hands-on engineering with data migrations, tooling you build, and performance considerations.
• Ability to explain complex biometrics work to non-technical stakeholders and sign-off authorities.
• Experience with APIs, logs, schemas and integration challenges in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Design biometrics solutions for customers and govern migration code and tooling.
• Prove solutions work end-to-end and document for customer sign-off.
• Collaborate across solution clusters, R&D, product, support and pre-sales.
• Serve as delivery‑side technical reference for chosen solution cluster.
