Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to translate client requirements into scalable technology solutions in Kuala Lumpur. The role collaborates with Sales Pursuit and Delivery to develop deliverable architectures and compelling business cases.

The candidate will lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and security guidelines. Employment is for a 10-month contract with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in Solution Architecture and Solution Design within enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate business and client requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in Requirements Analysis and Solution Planning.
• Proven ability in Solution Planning, Costing & Pricing.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Pursuit, Delivery and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business and technical requirements into scalable, differentiated solution architectures.
• Develop innovative technology solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to build compelling client value propositions.
• Lead solution architecture activities across multiple teams and technology areas.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and feedback.
• Create detailed solution architecture documents, technical designs and implementation plans.
• Evaluate options, dependencies, risks and implementation considerations.
• Mentor and guide team members on architecture and best practices.
• Engage with multiple teams to drive technical decisions and resolve cross-team challenges.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and architectural patterns.
