Job summary

The Access Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable software across C#, .NET, React, and SQL Server. You will mentor engineers, champion AI-assisted development, and drive architecture and quality across products.

You will work across front-end, back-end, databases, cloud technologies and DevOps, fostering collaboration with Product and Design to achieve outstanding customer outcomes. Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience designing and delivering modern software solutions in a commercial environment.
• Experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, React, SQL Server or similar enterprise development frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, AI agents, prompt engineering, LLM integrations or workflow automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver customer-facing solutions across our stack, leveraging AI-powered development tools.
• Provide technical leadership by influencing architecture, engineering standards and AI adoption practices.
• Drive quality, reliability and production excellence with automated testing, cloud infra, CI/CD, observability and support.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes.

About You

You are a Senior Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience building and delivering scalable software solutions in a commercial environment. You combine strong technical expertise with a passion for mentoring others, shaping engineering best practices, and driving meaningful customer outcomes through technology.

You are comfortable working across front-end, back-end, databases, cloud technologies and DevOps practices. You embrace AI-assisted development as a core part of your workflow and enjoy helping teams adopt better ways of working through coaching, collaboration and technical leadership.

Day-to-day, you will:

Design, build and deliver customer-facing solutions across our C#, .NET, React, SQL Server and mobile technology stack, leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Provide technical leadership by influencing architecture, engineering standards and AI adoption practices across the pod and wider engineering community.

Drive quality, reliability and operational excellence through automated testing, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability and production support practices.

Mentor engineers, share technical expertise and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

7+ years si gnificant experience designing and delivering modern software solutions in a commercial environment.

Experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, React, SQL Server or similar enterprise development frameworks.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools, AI agents, prompt engineering, LLM integrations or workflow automation solutions.

Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, software architecture, microservices and modern SaaS environments.
