Job summary

The Access Group is hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to build and scale SaaS applications across the full stack—C#, .NET, React and SQL Server. You will work across frontend, backend, databases and cloud platforms, applying AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and maintain high-quality output.

As part of our Access Group family, you’ll contribute to Azure/AWS based pipelines, CI/CD and observability, and mentor peers to elevate engineering practices while delivering secure,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, React and SQL Server within a SaaS or product-led environment.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring and cloud-native delivery.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and AI agents as part of software workflows.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, distributed systems or large-scale web applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product features end-to-end across the C#, .NET, React and SQL Server stack, from design to deployment and production support.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing and delivery while maintaining quality and security.

You are comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, cloud platforms and DevOps practices, taking ownership of features from design through to production.You have strong experience with C#, .NET, React and SQL Server, and you understand how to build scalable SaaS applications that are reliable, secure and easy to maintain.AI is an important part of how you work. You are comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, Devin or similar to improve productivity, accelerate delivery and maintain engineering quality.
