Job summary

The Access Group in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our modern software development team. You will build high-quality features end-to-end across C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, and mobile tech, using AI-augmented development tools.

You’ll own the full software lifecycle from idea to production, collaborate with product, design and engineers, and contribute to cloud and SaaS architectures on Azure and AWS. Hybrid office working and career growth await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering software applications in a commercial environment.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, Java, React or similar technologies.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, AI agents, LLM integration or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and modern SaaS application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver customer-facing features across our C#, .NET, React, SQL Server and mobile technology stack using AI-augmented development tools.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, production support and continuous improvement.
• Support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability and deployment processes across Azure and AWS environments.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to solve customer problems, deliver MVP solutions and continuously enhance the product experience.

About You

You are a passionate Full Stack Engineer excited by the opportunity to combine modern software development with AI-powered ways of working. You enjoy building high-quality products end-to-end and taking ownership from idea through to production, with a focus on delivering meaningful customer value.

You are comfortable working across front-end, back-end, databases and cloud technologies, and you embrace AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery. You take pride in writing quality code, solving complex problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create great experiences for customers.

Day-to-day, you will:
